MODULAR SHELVING

THE CURATOR’S DREAM WALL HAS ARRIVED.

Years ago, I was catching up with a friend at a bar near Rice Village. He’s a jewelry designer and travels frequently, always bringing back items of inspiration from his journeys. As he shared photos from a recent trip along with the pieces he picked up along the way, I told him, “You are truly a collector.” He was quick to correct me. “No baby, I am a curator.” His response stuck with me, and his commitment to careful editing, intentional details, and perpetual reinvention acted as my north star for this shelving system, which was commissioned by another friend of mine who used to own a plant store in San Francisco. The purpose of the project was to create a fresh take on the Royal System shelving by Poul Cadovius. At The Rolling Ball, we get to help businesses turn concepts into beautiful, functional products all the time. BRIDGE is an in-house celebration of what we love to do, an internal case study that we chose to develop into a scalable product just for us, and now it is available to you.
